Continously innovative

Story + Philosophy

At Stuart Architecture, we believe in the Team Approach to every project. The team consists of our Staff, Clients, Consultants, Building Contractors and End-Users of the spaces we design. We start off every week with an internal project status team meeting to assess the progress of each project. Review topics typically include updates on task lists, schedule, budget, quality/scope, reporting current or anticipated issues, brainstorming and the next steps.

We are then able to share regular project updates with our Clients to keep them engaged in the process and continue building trust and confidence. At Stuart Architecture, we understand the importance of not just establishing relationships, but sustaining them through quality professional service centered around an acute sensitivity to our Client's visions, schedules and budgets.

At Stuart Architecture, we are committed to creating a healthy work-life balance as part of our office culture to achieve maximum productivity. We maintain sensible office hours, mitigate excessive work hours and overtime, allow for flexible virtual work when needed and work half days on Fridays.

Our enthusiastic and talented design team takes personal ownership of the projects on which they work so we are able to meet project deadlines. We implement innovative solutions to negotiate the time pressures of the project-based nature of our work. Understanding that our staff is our company’s most important asset results in excellent delivery of service to our Clients.
